Tap New at the bottom of the first screen. Give it a name, a length, a colour, and a picture: an emoji, or one of your own photos. Free families can keep two of their own routines alongside the six that come with the app.
Stopping requires a deliberate hold rather than a tap, and you can make that hold longer. Open Parent zone, then Hold to stop.
One payment, once, shared with your family through Family Sharing. It unlocks the Ocean, Rocket, and Reef worlds, all six ending sounds, your own photos as routine pictures, and unlimited routines. There is no subscription and no second purchase.
First, confirm the device is using either the Apple Account that purchased the unlock or an eligible Apple Account in the purchaser's Family Sharing group. Then open Parent zone, tap Browse worlds, tap Unlock on any locked world, and tap Restore purchases. If restoring still does not work, email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, and the exact error shown. Never send your Apple Account password or payment information.
Check the silent switch on the side of the phone. Sprout can play through it if you want: Parent zone, then Always play sound in silent mode. Also check the app's own volume in the same screen, which is separate from the phone's.
Sprout follows your phone's own text size. If you would rather the timer screens stayed the size they were drawn, turn off Chunky type in the Parent zone.
Sprout is an iPhone app today. It runs on iPad in iPhone compatibility mode, but it is not laid out for the bigger screen yet. A proper iPad version is on the list.
Deleting the app removes Sprout's local app data from that device. Your original photos stay in your photo library, and Apple retains the App Store purchase record so the unlock can be restored. If device backups are enabled, Apple may retain app data within a device backup.
