MERIDIAN

Terms of Service

Last updated 1 August 2026

These terms cover your use of Meridian, a world-time app for Apple devices. By downloading or using Meridian, you agree to them.

The app

Meridian is provided as-is. It uses the operating system clock and time-zone information supplied by the system. It does not claim independent atomic-clock accuracy. You are responsible for verifying any time information used for safety-critical, legal, financial, travel, or other high-consequence decisions.

Your data

Your saved clocks and preferences are yours. Meridian does not claim ownership of them. When iCloud is available, Apple may sync this information privately between devices signed in to your Apple Account. See the privacy policy for details.

Purchases

Meridian is free to use with two clocks. The optional Meridian Plus unlock is a non-consumable in-app purchase handled by Apple through the App Store and tied to your Apple Account. There is no subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms and cannot be issued directly by the developer.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app itself, and do not use it to break the law or infringe someone else's rights.

Warranty and liability

Meridian is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on its time, location, solar, synchronization, or conversion information.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Meridian changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The current version always lives on this page.
